What we collect

When you place an order, we collect only what's needed to fulfil it: your name and email, the recipient's name, phone and address, your card message, and the order details. Payments are processed by PayPal — we never see your card number or passwords.

Cookies & analytics

With your consent, we use:

• Google Analytics (GA4) — anonymous statistics about visits and site usage.
• Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps. This records anonymised interactions (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) so we can understand how the site is used. Clarity automatically masks text you type.

These tools are off by default until you choose "Accept" in the cookie banner. If you choose "Decline", they are not enabled. Your choice is remembered on this device and can be changed by clearing your browser data.
